Pranayama
“A systematic process by which we gain control and mastery over Prana, is what is referred to as Pranayama” it plays very important role to control Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana and Vyana. A person can do this with both nostril, half-opened nostril, left or right nostril and inhale from left nostril then exhale from right nostril and vice-versa. In starting person can use his/her ONLY right hand (little finger & ring finger for left nostril and Thumb for right nostril) to control breathings. There are two methods to do this practice - Square/Equal (Sum) Pranayama and Unequal (Visham).
